Troy Miller

Troy Miller is the President of Solutions at MCG. He oversees sales, solution development, delivery, aftermarket services, parts, and operations. With over 30 years of executive leadership experience, Troy has held key positions in privately held engineering, automation and control and professional technical services firms.

Before MCG acquired Mission Critical Facilities International (MCFI), Troy served as the General Manager of MCFI, leading the company’s operations and strategy. Prior to joining MCFI, he was EVP at Glenmount Global Solutions (GGS), where he played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Mission Critical business. After the acquisition of GGS by E-Technologies Group, he helped the business grow into one of North America’s largest firms in its sector. Throughout his career, Troy has served Fortune 200 customers in industries such as Data Centers, Industrial Manufacturing, Energy and Power and Utilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and resides with his wife and family in Austin, Texas.
