Troy Miller, the General Manager of Mission Critical Facilities International (MCFI), oversees sales, solution development, delivery, aftermarket services and parts and operations. With over 30 years of executive leadership experience, Troy has held key positions in privately held engineering, automation and control and professional technical services firms.
Prior to joining MCFI, Troy served as EVP of Glenmount Global Solutions (GGS), where he played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Mission Critical business. Following the successful acquisition of GGS by E-Technologies Group, he led the Mission Critical business to prominence as one of North America’s largest firms in its sector. Throughout his career, Troy has focused on serving Fortune 200 customers in industries such as Data Center, Industrial Manufacturing, Energy, and Power and Utilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and resides with his wife and family in Austin, Texas.
