Tom Naddy joined Mission Critical Group in February 2024 after the Point Eight Power acquisition, where he previously served as the Company’s President and Chief Financial Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate financial management, operations, finance, accounting and business administration.
Tom’s background includes experience in M&A, corporate reorganizations, financial statement preparation, economic analysis and planning, bank financing, credit and collections, inventory management, contract negotiation and management over administrative business functions. Before joining Mission Critical Group, Tom held several positions as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller for private equity-backed portfolio companies ranging in size from $12M to $350M. Tom began his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
