Former Schneider Electric leader to drive innovation at MCG

Maiello brings over 30 years of experience leading innovation, launching new business units, and accelerating time-to-market for global technology solutions. Previously at Schneider Electric, Maiello held senior leadership roles, including SVP of Home & Business Networks, SVP of the Technology Community, and most recently serving as Incubation Leader for Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage.
At MCG, Maiello will focus on driving innovation in advanced electrical equipment, energy storage solutions, cutting-edge modular systems, and next-generation integrated power solutions, aiming to improve speed, reliability, and scalability for mission critical infrastructure. He will report to Matt Coffel, Chief Commercial and Innovation Officer.
