Mission Critical Group Appoints Kyle Evenson as President, Modular Business

Proven operations executive joins MCG to scale modular systems manufacturing

MCKINNEY, Texas, February 4, 2026 – Mission Critical Group (“MCG”), a critical power infrastructure company specializing in the design, manufacturing, delivery, and service of advanced electrical systems, announced today the appointment of Kyle Evenson as President, Modular Business. Evenson will lead MCG’s Modular Business, overseeing product strategy, product development, and manufacturing operations across the company’s facilities in Caldwell and Nampa, Idaho, and Abilene, Texas.

MCG’s Modular Business designs and manufactures factory-built power solutions that accelerate deployment, reduce installation time, and minimize on-site risks. Capabilities include generator enclosures, e-houses, power skids, modular power units, and other prefabricated electrical systems serving data center, utility, healthcare, oil and gas, industrial, energy, and other intensive power markets.

Evenson brings over 20 years of senior leadership focused on operational excellence, scalable growth, and transformation. He was most recently Senior Vice President and General Manager at Daikin Applied Americas, where he led a $1 billion business with full P&L responsibility, improved margins, and accelerated new product development with a focus on perfect safety, perfect quality, and perfect delivery.

At MCG, Evenson will lead and execute the Modular Business strategy, directly overseeing modular product strategy, operational performance, capacity expansion, and aligning cross-functional teams to support faster time-to-power.

“Kyle’s experience scaling high-growth manufacturing organizations and building strong teams makes him a valuable addition to MCG,” said Jeff Drees, CEO of Mission Critical Group. “He will help build a national footprint in modular solutions with the aim of reducing time-to-power for our customers.”

Prior to Daikin Applied, Evenson held senior operations leadership roles at Collins Aerospace, overseeing multi-site operations exceeding $2 billion in annual revenue, as well as earlier leadership positions at Woodward and General Motors.
