Matt Coffel, MCG’s Chief Commercial and Innovation Officer, founded Mission Critical Facilities International (MCFI) in 2010 and led its successful acquisition by Mission Critical Group. With over two decades of experience in the IT and critical infrastructure sectors, Matt has spearheaded the deployment of power and cooling infrastructures for mission critical facilities worldwide. He holds industry-leading design credentials, including Accredited Tier Specialist and Tier Designer by the Uptime Institute.

Matt leads strategic initiatives and innovation efforts to deliver value-driven solutions for MCG’s customers. His expertise in power systems for mission critical environments positions him as an authority in modular data centers and power solutions. His project experience includes deploying modular power and IT solutions for colocation providers, oil and gas companies, and government agencies and upgrading data centers for clients ranging from confidential government entities to Fortune 500 companies. His leadership and customer-focused approach have driven successful projects across industries, including manufacturing, telecom and utilities.
