Laura Lawrence

Laura Lawrence is the Vice President of Business Services at MCG, where she oversees Mergers and Acquisitions, IT, and drives strategic initiatives to support growth and efficiency.

Before MCG, Laura was Senior Director of Corporate Development: Integrations at Daikin Applied Americas, leading mergers, acquisitions and corporate integrations. She also served as Director of Accounting at Verista and held business transformation and finance leadership roles at Herff Jones and Allegion US. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, finance, and corporate services, Laura brings expertise in accounting, business transformation and corporate development. She graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis.
