Julie Peffer

Before joining Mission Critical Group, Julie Peffer served as Chief Financial Officer of BigBear.ai (NYSE: BBAI), a provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, defense, and enterprise markets. A Six Sigma and Lean expert, she has led significant initiatives driving growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.

Her career spans executive finance roles across defense, aerospace, technology, oil and gas, and manufacturing. She was the CFO at MedeAnalytics, VP of Finance at Amazon Web Services, supporting global customer operations, and VP of Finance at Flowserve, overseeing manufacturing across 25 countries. Earlier, she served as CFO for Raytheon’s Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance division and held leadership roles at ITT, Lennox International, Textron, Sterling Software, and Texas Instruments.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Baker University.
