JTS to Host Ribbon Cutting for
Second Idaho Facility, Supporting Manufacturing and Job Growth

NAMPA, Idaho, and MCKINNEY, Texas – June 12, 2025 – JTS, a Mission Critical Group (MCG) Company, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of its second advanced manufacturing facility in Idaho: JTS Nampa 1. The new facility reflects MCG’s commitment to increasing high-quality U.S. manufacturing related to reliable power systems and delivering long-term economic value to the region.

WHO: JTS, along with other executives and dignitaries, will be in attendance, including:

WHAT: JTS is officially opening its second manufacturing facility in Idaho – a new 172,000-square-foot plant on 14 acres in Nampa. Representing a $55 million investment, the Nampa 1 facility doubles JTS’s production capacity and will add 140 new jobs. 

JTS now operates three locations – Caldwell, ID; Nampa, ID; and Abilene, TX – to support its growing customer base with fully integrated generator enclosures and modular power systems. JTS Nampa 1, located near the Caldwell facility, shares resources to maximize efficiency and was built using LEAN manufacturing principles to streamline operations.

WHY: This state-of-the-art facility enhances Idaho’s manufacturing footprint and creates new jobs in the area. JTS Nampa 1 also allows MCG to meet the growing demand for innovative and resilient power and electrical system solutions that support ongoing investments in data centers, mission critical infrastructure environments, and advanced technologies – which are projected to increase electricity demand by more than 50% by 2050.
