Bob Ricci

Bob Ricci is the President of DVM Power + Control, a premier manufacturer of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment. With over 30 years of industry experience, Ricci has played a central role in DVM’s growth and success since founding the company in 2012. Under his leadership, DVM has expanded its manufacturing presence across Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Connecticut, delivering engineered products such as switchboards, switchgear, relay panels, PDUs, and power/cooling module skids for mission critical environments. His deep technical expertise and customer-first approach have helped establish DVM as a trusted partner for clients across data center, telecom, industrial and utility sectors.

Before launching DVM, Ricci served for a decade as Sales Manager at Delaware Valley Liebert, where he specialized in automated switchgear sales and power solutions. Earlier in his career, he worked at GE as a Six Sigma Black Belt, contributing to IT systems analysis and data warehousing initiatives. In April 2025, DVM Power + Control was acquired by Mission Critical Group (MCG), further expanding MCG’s electrical equipment capabilities. Today, Ricci continues to lead DVM and oversee MCG’s low- and medium-voltage operations, leveraging his decades-long relationship with the MCG leadership team to deliver innovation, quality and reliability to customers nationwide.
