Paco brings over 16 years of leadership experience driving business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across Aerospace and HVAC manufacturing and e-commerce. At MCG, he leads the company’s Operational Excellence initiatives, including Safety, Quality and Supply Chain. His career highlights include implementing enterprise-wide systems, launching global manufacturing operations and achieving top-tier performance in complex environments.

Paco has held senior roles at Daikin Applied Americas, Amazon, and UTC Aerospace Systems, where he spearheaded lean transformations and strategic projects. Paco holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Shainin Red X and Strategy from Harvard Business School. Fluent in English and Spanish, his global perspective is shaped by his experience in North America, Latin America and Asia. Outside of work, Paco enjoys time with his wife and two children.
