Job Description

Refrigeration Technical Support will provide superior technical support to our OEM’s, non-OEMs, service contractors as well as our sales team, primarily via phone and e-mail. Also assists in providing technical training for our sales teams, contract service companies and customers to enhance their ability to troubleshoot with proficiency on the latest products, of which the design and technology is advancing within the refrigeration industry in general.
