Mike DiNapoli

Mike DiNapoli serves as President, Electrical Equipment, for Mission Critical Group (MCG), leading operations for the company’s low- and medium-voltage business and overseeing manufacturing and the supply chain. He is focused on expanding capacity, strengthening operational excellence, and delivering the speed, quality, and reliability customers expect as demand for mission critical power infrastructure continues to grow.

Mike brings more than 30 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including a long career at Schneider Electric, where he held senior leadership roles spanning engineered-to-order operations and electrical equipment manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
