Paco Cossio

Paco brings over 18 years of leadership experience driving business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across aerospace, HVAC manufacturing, and e-commerce. At Mission Critical Group, he leads the company’s Operational Excellence, including Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Strategy and Continuous Improvement, helping scale the organization through enterprise-wide systems, process discipline, and operational rigor.

Paco has held senior roles at Daikin Applied Americas, Amazon, and UTC Aerospace Systems, where he spearheaded lean transformations and strategic initiatives. Paco holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Shainin Red X, Prosci Change Management and Strategy from Harvard Business School. Fluent in English and Spanish, his global perspective is shaped by his experience in North America, Latin America and Asia. Outside of work, Paco enjoys time with his wife and two children.
